We have something for every budget, from the free eBook to the one-one-one consulting, including low-cost seminars, workshops, and groups like the MyBusiness Advisory Board.

What do you do, exactly?

Our work together is simple and easy to understand.  We don't dump a bunch of esoteric business theory on you and expect you to do a lot of extra work.

We will work together to implement some proven business tools, tools that we've used and taught others to use to run successful businesses.  Once we have these tools in place, our meetings become more of a maintenance meeting where we make sure things stay on track.

One tool you will truly enjoy and appreciate is The Dashboard.  This is a tool that helps you stay focused and keep an eye on the pulse of your business.  In doing so, you will be amazed at what you accomplish.

Finally, we will have FUN in our time together!

Will you charge me hourly for phone calls and emails?

No! Your monthly fee covers all phone calls and emails.  I will be your partner in getting your business to the next level.

Is my business too small for an advisor, coach, consultant?

No. Our clients are typically companies with 0-10 employees.  We specialize in helping the small business owner.

Do you specialize in a certain type of business?

The tools we will create for your business can be used by any type of business.  We have worked with service providers, wholesalers, small manufacturers, retail outfits, contractors...you name it!

How do I get started?

Please call (480) 242-3780 and set up a first meeting.  This meeting is FREE.  We will use our time together to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.  Then, we will make a recommendation on the type of service that will do you and your business the most good.  From there, it's up to you!
